What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, color plan and customization. Share the model you like and your target quantity so the applicable minimum can be confirmed.
Can I arrange samples and custom branding?
Start with a selected model, your logo and the finish you want. Sample availability, cost and timing need to be confirmed for that combination before a bulk order.
Which reports cover my product?
Tell us your destination market and chosen model. Available reports need to be checked against the product, materials and requested requirements; a company certificate does not cover every product.
How do OEM and ODM projects start?
For an existing model, share the product reference, logo, color and packaging requirements. For a new design, share the intended use, dimensions and structure so development and tooling can be evaluated.
When can you produce and ship my order?
The schedule depends on the product, quantity, customization and sample approval. Include your required delivery date and destination in the project brief so production timing and shipping terms can be confirmed for your order.
